The pathetic position of women in Kashmir.

     Kashmir is that stunning land, which is full of natural beauty.  kashmir also known as the ' in troubled paradise'.

 The major problem with kashmir is Islamic militants.

       "We all three nations [India, Pakistan & Kashmir] know that Kashmir is a free state. But in 1948 India captured this state. We Kashmiri want a free United States of Kashmir, consisting of Jammu velly, Kashmir and Laddakh. We want peace. And INSHA ALLAH, one day Kashmir State and thier people will be free".

          

        The majority of muslims there always seeking for the Good Governance.  The desire for good governance is universally accepted bit the issue is that how to achieve this goal in kashmir. The data available with the kashmir reveals, the pathetic position of women victim who has faced the worst not only by criminals but also by the administration as well. The incidence of sexual violence against the women by the army is widely spread and enargea the men in the community including themilitants   ( those who fight against the occupation). 

    However, rape is something unheard before the inception of militarization, it makes women stigmatised. Offucial statistics reveals that the police has registered 260 cases of crome against women in last four years which includes six dowry related deaths, 520 rape cases, 2536 kidnaping , 1103 eve teasing and 151 cases of cruelty by husbands beside there have been 3944cases of molestation in Kashmir in that period. 
             All these issues dorced a women to suicides. A survey has shown that the more kashmiri women comits suicides then women.  A prominent sociologist Dr Bashir Ahmed Dabla said : " Throughout the world its found that suicides sate are higher aming men and more  intense in urban areas, but in the vallies the reversed is true ". 

  After all this miserable conditions of women , question is that why no one is actioning over it?...

  
         Domestic violence ( preventionand protection) bill has not yet been passed. 

         The dictims such as veils ( burkha) are often issued under these circumstances. 

       
          Women in Kashmir have suffered enormously since separatist struggling became violent in 1980-90. Like the women in other conflict zones they have been raped, tortured,  maimed and killed. A few of them even in jail for years together.  The study of Kashmir universities' department of sociology in 2012 revealed 90% of the estimated 10,000 kaahmir war widows didn't remarry despite provision of remary in Islam. 

Mediocrity OR Excellence ?

      Actually we always use to measure  us with an instrument called as 'Mediocrity ', instead of excellence. Do you personally agree to compare an individual with other? You believe on your individuality or mediocrity? Or any other instrument you use to measure yourselves Barometer?Apparatus? Have you ever think that why anything or anyone should always use to measure your success?

        Being a human is not a comparison,there is no chance of  comparison remember that. Only you can judge your self. If you are satisfy with your success then there is no chance of guilt or feeling of loser.

   I really want to ask people that why it is really very difficult for people to think of themselves perfect, and most of us will reply that " because our mind says that 'Nobody is perfect'. Why nobody is perfect? Ask yourself. If you are accepting yourself to b perfect then is doesn't really means that you are 'egoist' or grossly immodest. If it is difficult for you to say that I am perfect then simply try to say that " I am perfectly me". If you will have a look to the world of perfect people then you will realise that these are those who constantly striving to be better tomorrow then they were yesterday. They always strive to be themselves there is no comparison traps for them and they are not 'Mediocre'.  

    Another reason of  this situation are 'Expectations', we always try our best to meet others expectations other then our own and this is the reason the ' we don't dare to b different' . We always think much for what others will think of us other then what's we feels for ourselves. If you  are the only one who personally Or directly will face the outcomes of what you are doing then why are you thinking of others? If you are individual in the results of what you have done then why to think of other? Just let other think and carry on to do what you want to success according to you. 

   Another factor of not to be perfect is ' A Huge Bag Of Guilts ' on our shoulders.  And we can't even ask ourselve that how long will we have been carrying round our guilty bags? And keep one thing in your mind that your guilty bags are not ' Invisible' and it will slowly eats away your soul like tuber-clauses or cancer from inside out and you will soon realise that lose of yours.  The only way to get rid of these guiltiest is, make your decisions of cease being immodest and self focused. 

         At last I really just want to tell to that YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL and you will alone b responsible for what you have achieve and losses so why to think a lot of others.  Never let mediocre a to pull your strings and let you to spent your life according to them. Make your rules and Be YOURSELF and try to achieve EXCELLENCE.
